This Odense restaurant is built around a buffet concept in which guests assemble their own meal at their own pace and in the order they like. There are more than 25 freshly made dishes per service, from antipasti and starters to hot and cold mains and desserts, and the menu changes continuously. Drinks are included, among them beer, wine, cava and cocktails.
Tables are booked online, with seatings of 1.5, 2 or 2.5 hours. It is open Tuesday to Saturday, with an early seating Tuesday to Thursday. Children up to and including 12 eat at half price. There is outdoor seating but no delivery, and dogs are not allowed.
