This restaurant is a modern American steakhouse in Odense, with large steaks and a wine list that matches them. The bar serves cocktails, American bourbon and the house's own MASH pilsner, and the wine cellars hold American and European wines. It is one of eight restaurants in Denmark and Germany in a group that began in Copenhagen in 2009.
