Fish and shellfish are served without tablecloths or silverware, built on the idea of fish for everyone. The concept began in 2016 with a blue food truck that sold the first portion of fish and chips. It is known for transparent dishes made from carefully chosen ingredients, and the Lobster Roll is a favourite. The concept runs in several restaurants in Copenhagen and one in Aarhus.
You can book a table, eat in or take food away, and delivery is available. There are vegetarian dishes, beer, wine and cocktails. It is child-friendly and suits groups, and private events and catering are offered. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
