This smørrebrød restaurant in central Copenhagen serves classic Danish open sandwiches and lunch, made from scratch with fresh, local ingredients. The bread is home-baked rye, and the remoulade and pickled vegetables are homemade. The menu follows the seasons, with Christmas and Easter lunches and a herrefrokost (a men's lunch).
Tables can be booked online. Groups of 2 to 50 can choose from three set menus, and private events can be held in a room that can be hired.
