This Danish restaurant in Copenhagen uses produce from Bornholm farms that the kitchen works closely with. It serves smørrebrød (Danish open sandwiches) and gastronomy, and a Bornholm lunch menu is served to the whole table. The signature dish is Sol over Gudhjem. The room is on the ground floor, below street level, with whitewashed vaults inspired by Bornholm's round churches. It has a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide.
Drinks include beer from Svaneke Bryghus, must from Bornholms Mosteri and its own akvavit from Nexø, plus wine with a focus on mature Bordeaux. There are vegetarian dishes and outdoor seating, and tables can be booked online. Cards and mobile payments are accepted. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible, and dogs are not allowed.
