This bakery in Odense was founded in 1991 by master baker Michael and bakes bread, Danish pastries and cakes from scratch every morning. It uses real butter and fresh eggs from selected suppliers. The range includes rolls, rye bread, French breads, layer cakes and tarts, and kagemand party cakes for 20 or 30 people. The lunch range has sandwiches, pizza slices, and vegetarian and gluten-free sandwiches.
You can order online for pick-up in the shop or for next-morning delivery in Odense if you order before midnight. Business customers can open a company account with monthly invoicing. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
