This is a self-service, unmanned bakery shop in Odense where you buy frozen pizza bases and buns made from slow-risen, cold-proved sourdough straight from a freezer. The sourdough is baked in a stone oven fired with beech wood using Italian Tipo 00 flour. The range includes pizza bases, oat-flake buns and a few Italian items such as pizza sauce, basil pesto and olive oil.
The baker also has an electric stone-oven tuk tuk that can be booked for events, serving pizzas or sandwiches from the oven. Coffee and takeaway are available, and you can pay by card or mobile.
