This restaurant in central Copenhagen serves modern smørrebrød (Danish open sandwiches) and classic Danish dishes made with seasonal organic ingredients, with house-made snaps. It is the group's gastronomic flagship, with Danish design, high ceilings, handmade benches and large chandeliers, inspired by a church interior. It is listed in the MICHELIN Guide.
The eight-course dinner menu has a vegetarian or vegan version, and the whole table must choose it. There are also à la carte and lunch menus, and take-away is available. A room downstairs hosts private parties of up to 40 guests. Tables can be booked, and there is no outdoor seating.
