This café and restaurant in central Copenhagen opened in 2009 and was among the first in the city to put raw and plant-based food on the menu. The food is made from scratch daily, and the menu is mainly plant-based, with chicken and salmon for those who want them. Juice is pressed fresh, smoothies are blended to order, and many dressings are made in-house. There are bowls, burgers, poké, pancakes and vegan snacks, and dishes are labelled vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free.
The full menu is served all day, including morning bowls and brunch. You can order online and take away or have food delivered. Tables cannot be reserved, and the entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
