This food market in Copenhagen sells only food and drink and focuses on organic produce, local origin and seasonal ingredients. The concept is named after the founder's grandmother from Thy, who valued good local ingredients, and there are several shops, including one in Frederiksberg.
The shop has a membership scheme, almas venner (alma's friends), plus recipes, a monthly guest chef and food fairs where suppliers present their products. Organic goose can be pre-ordered for Martinmas (Mortensaften, 10 November). The entrance is wheelchair accessible, and you can pay by card or mobile. There is no delivery.
