This is the headquarters of omada.wine, combining a showroom, experimental kitchen, bottle shop and deli. It sells omada.wine's natural wine, cider and other mixed fermentations, and you can have a glass of wine or a snack on site before buying. The deli stocks local farmers' cheese, charcuterie, sourdough bread and groceries such as olive oil, vinegar, tinned fish and spices from producers it works with.
Open wine tastings are held weekly, and visiting cooks from the wine trade sometimes serve a dish of the day with a glass of wine. It also hosts private tastings, events and catering, and a wine-on-tap system can be rented. Delivery is available, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
