This bakery is the chain's very first and sells freshly baked bread and pastries to take away, plus coffee to go. Its signature product is Ølandsbrød, a wheat bread made with Ølandsmel flour, a fixed part of the range from the start. There are also rye bread, multi-grain bread, emmer bread, a sourdough baguette and a savoury loaf with smoked cheese, potatoes and pesto. On the sweet side are buns, tea buns and cinnamon swirls made with cardamom and butter.
Cakes can be ordered to size for 15 or 25 people. Unsold bread and pastries go to shelters and warming rooms in Copenhagen. There is no delivery, and payment is by card or mobile. The entrance and parking are not wheelchair accessible.
