This certified organic bakery in Copenhagen specialises in products made from gluten-free raw materials. The baking is mostly vegan, and vegan Danish pastries, rye bread, spelt bread and wheat bread are baked at separate times from the gluten-free production. Almost all ingredients are organic. The range includes bread, buns, cakes and sweet pastries, many marked vegan with allergen notes.
You can order online and have goods delivered, order by phone or buy from the webshop, and coffee and takeaway are available too. The bakery is closed for Christmas and on New Year's Day. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible, and card and mobile payments are accepted.
