This organic, gluten-free bakery in Østerbro, Copenhagen, sells bread and cakes. Most of the bread is sourdough in many varieties, while the cakes are gluten-free versions of classics and house specialities. No additives are used, and the croissants are baked with organic butter. The bakery grew out of two smaller gluten-free ventures and moved to Copenhagen in January 2020.
Bread and cakes can be ordered for delivery or pick-up in the shop, and a web shop also sells bread, baking mixes and gluten-free baking books. Every Thursday a selection is sold at a farm shop in Krogerup. Cards and mobile payments are accepted, and the entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
