This gourmet restaurant has only six tables and an intimate feel. The menu follows the seasons and the surrounding nature, with ingredients foraged in forests and along the coastline, from the family's own gardens and from local farms. It buys only what is needed and uses every ingredient fully. The focus is on thoughtful food and drink pairings rather than an extensive wine list. It holds one MICHELIN star in the MICHELIN Guide.
Tables are booked on the website. The entrance, seating, parking and toilet are wheelchair accessible, but there is no hearing loop. Dogs are not allowed, and there is free parking.
