This Mexican restaurant has been family-owned since 1997. Salsa, guacamole, spices and meat are made in-house every day rather than from ready-made mixes, and the ingredients are local, bought fresh by the owner. The kitchen is run by a cook with over 40 years of experience, including a spell as head chef at La Fiesta.
