This vegan restaurant and bar is in Carlsberg Byen in Copenhagen and is part of the Ark Collection. The kitchen is plant-based, using local and global ingredients, some foraged by the founder. The name comes from Norse mythology, where Beyla was the goddess of bees and fertility.
Brunch and lunch are served at weekends and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, as a set menu or à la carte. Tables can be booked, there is outdoor seating, and the bar offers cocktails, beer and wine. The entrance, seating and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
