This restaurant in central Copenhagen serves modern European food inspired by favourite restaurants in Paris, London, Barcelona, Stockholm and Berlin. The atmosphere is informal and lively, and the cooking is bistronomy-inspired. The menus change with the season and use produce from selected Danish and European suppliers. Lunch offers a four-course menu and a green lunch menu, dinner a seven-course menu, and there is also à la carte. It is listed in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide.
Menus can be made vegetarian or pescetarian, and allergens are accommodated on request. Wine, champagne and juice pairings are offered, and groups can order group menus. Tables are booked on the website. The entrance and parking are not wheelchair accessible.
