A restaurant and wine bar in Nikolaj Kunsthal in central Copenhagen, serving Danish-French cuisine. The food is home-made and built on organic, local ingredients that follow the seasons. The name comes from the old nickname of Nikolaj Plads, where the city's butchers had stalls in the 1800s. The kitchen works to cut food waste and uses its own water purification system instead of bottled water.
It serves lunch, dinner and dessert, with vegetarian dishes and a children's menu, and tables can be booked. Wine, beer, cocktails and coffee are served. It suits groups. Cards and mobile payments are accepted. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible, and dogs are not allowed.
