This restaurant serves Nordic food shaped by the seasons and the terroir of Bornholm, telling the story of the island's food traditions. It opened in 2011 in Christianshavn as sister to the Bornholm restaurant, which dates from 2007. The kitchen gets herbs, fruit, vegetables and honey from its own garden on Bornholm, run with a focus on soil culture and permaculture. All tableware is made by a Bornholm ceramicist, with a new line each season. It holds three MICHELIN stars.
You can book a table for lunch or dinner. Beer, wine, cocktails and coffee are served. There is no takeaway or delivery, and dogs are not allowed. The entrance, seating and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
