This shop is run by Dansk Ornitologisk Forening (the Danish Ornithological Society) and sells optics, outdoor clothing and equipment, bird boxes, bird food and nature books. It carries the society's own binoculars and telescopes as well as brands such as Kite Optics, Kowa, Leica, Swarovski Optik and Zeiss. All profit goes to the society's nature conservation work.
The staff are specialists who give personal advice on choosing binoculars and a telescope. Members get benefits on selected product groups. You can order online, buy gift cards and return goods within 30 days. The society organises guided bird walks with volunteer guides, open to all levels. There is no wheelchair-accessible parking.
