This is a political interest organisation for the municipal waste sector in Denmark. Its members are municipalities, municipal waste companies and facilities for hazardous waste in Denmark and the Faroe Islands. Its aim is to promote members' interests in waste management and the transition to a circular economy.
It represents the Danish members in the EU through Municipal Waste Europe and CEWEP, and publishes a monthly newsletter, opinion pieces and policy positions. It holds events for members, including an annual recycling-centre conference. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
