This trade union in Copenhagen represents teachers, pre-school class leaders and educators in Denmark, and describes itself as the country's largest union for these groups. Members get advice, community and professional inspiration, and the local branches have consultants who give personal guidance on stress, changing jobs, sickness or dismissal.
Members can rent holiday houses and apartments around Denmark, as well as flats in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg. The union offers free training in sustainability education and free member conferences on artificial intelligence in schools, where it covers travel costs. Newly qualified teachers receive guidance, and tools such as payslip checks are available. A congress is held every two years.
