The restaurant is in Oluf Bagers Gård in Odense, a building from 1586 built by the merchant Oluf Nielsen Bager. In 1772 a printing press here produced the first edition of Fyens Stiftidende, and the building later housed a bookshop, the first lending library in the provinces and a school. The kitchen makes modern Danish food in a social dining concept. The evening menu has nine courses in three rounds with wine pairings, and there is also a lunch menu.
It is open for lunch and dinner, and tables can be booked online. There is outdoor seating, and beer, wine and cocktails are served. The entrance and toilet are not wheelchair accessible.
