This restaurant occupies a building from 1683, which the city archive believes may be older. Two houses are linked by a courtyard garden with seating. It opened as an inn in 1937, and the cellar holds remains of an older building with barrel vaults. The kitchen serves homemade classic Danish food with a modern twist, with carving and flambéing at the tables.
Tables can be booked online or by phone, and the kitchen closes between 4 and 5 pm. Four private function rooms on the first floor suit events. There is a children's menu, and card and mobile payments are accepted. The entrance and parking are not wheelchair accessible.
