This is a member association for deaf and sign-language users on Funen. The house dates from 1938 and has 10 apartments, mainly rented to deaf people, plus a club room in the basement and the Festsalen hall on the ground floor. Activities include the senior club Fynboerne, a family club, an IT café, whist, poker, a visiting service and the chess group Odin.
The rooms are rented to deaf people and other interested parties, but no longer for parties. Members' meetings and events are listed in the association's calendar, and interpreters are available through Tolke på Fyn. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
