This deli specialises in extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, vinegars, truffle oil and other delicacies from Mediterranean countries. There is an olive oil tasting bar, and each shop opens a bottle of every olive oil so customers can taste. The Grand Cru range is single-estate olive oils chosen by an in-house olive oil expert who blind-tastes over 200 samples, followed by a second test at the company's factory in Provence and a final tasting by the Danish team.
There is also a stall in Torvehallerne, the food hall in Copenhagen. Goods can be collected kerbside or in store, usually within 24 hours, and there is an online shop with delivery. Metro and bus stops are close by.
