This club in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, is open all year and offers saunagus, a German-Scandinavian ritual of three rounds of about 10-15 minutes with cold immersion in between. A gus master pours water with essential oils on the stones and fans the steam with a towel. There are two styles, relaxing and uplifting, and a session lasts about 1 hour 15 minutes. It is in a building designed by Utzon, four minutes from Orientkaj metro station.
You book online per session, or via membership, punch card or single ticket. Bring swimwear, a towel and a water bottle. Groups can hold private events with their own gus master. The path to the entrance is not flat and there is one step, so contact the club for a solution.
