There are two saunas in Copenhagen: a fixed one by the harbour on Refshaleøen and a mobile wood-fired one in a converted military personnel carrier from the Danish Frogman Corps. You can join as a member, with access six days a week, eleven months a year, or take part in drop-in saunagus, where a certified gusmester scents the heat with essential oils. Between sessions you can take a cold dip in the harbour, all year.
Children can join from age 7 in a milder session. Booking is via website or app, with payment by card or MobilePay. There is an outdoor changing area under a canopy and lockers, where you bring your own padlock. The entrance and parking are not wheelchair accessible.
