This restaurant is in the Wide Hotel in central Copenhagen, a few minutes from City Hall Square, and opened in 2014 in premises that once housed a strip club. It is the more informal sister of formel B, with a relaxed mood and louder music. The cooking is inspired by the world and rooted in Nordic produce, with East Asian touches such as soy and seaweed. You can choose a five-course menu or eat à la carte, and the restaurant recommends four to six dishes per person. The wine list has both classic and natural wines. It has a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide.
Tables can be booked online. There is no outdoor seating, and dogs are not allowed. You can pay by card or mobile, and the parking is not wheelchair accessible.
