This restaurant on a square in central Copenhagen is run by the brewery behind it, founded in 2003 as one of Denmark's early micro-breweries. The kitchen serves Danish food: classic smørrebrød (Danish open sandwiches), familiar Danish dishes and seasonal Nordic ingredients. The brewery's own beers are used in the kitchen and in some cocktails, and there is homemade snaps.
At lunch you can choose smørrebrød or a shared Danish lunch with a draught beer and a snaps per person. Wine, cocktails, coffee and tea are served too. There is a children's menu, dogs are allowed, and you can book online. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
