This ice cream shop is run by Cathrine Østerberg, who is behind the brand and bases her recipes on her master's thesis from the University of Copenhagen on ice structure. The ice cream is designed to be less sweet and less fatty than many others, with more protein and fruit. Ice cream, sorbet and waffles are made by hand in the workshops in Østerbro and Vedbæk, and the sorbets are vegan.
Flavours include strawberry, elderflower and sea buckthorn alongside exotic fruits such as jackfruit, durian and dragon fruit. The webshop also sells ice cream books, ice cream courses, ice cream layer cakes and gift cards. The shop is good for children, and cards and mobile payments are accepted. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
