This ice cream shop makes all its ice cream, sorbet and waffles by hand from fresh ingredients in its own premises in Østerbro and Vedbæk. The recipes build on the ice cream maker's master's thesis from the University of Copenhagen, and the ice cream is designed to be less sweet and less fatty, with more protein and fruit than many others. The sorbets are vegan, with flavours from jackfruit, durian and dragon fruit to strawberry, elderflower and sea buckthorn.
You can pay by card and mobile, and it is child-friendly. There is no delivery, and the parking is not wheelchair accessible. The website also sells ice cream books, courses, ice cream layer cakes, cookies and gift cards.
