This association is for everyone who wants a more plant-based world, and members get benefits and free tickets to some events. It works on education and upskilling of professionals in health, nutrition, gastronomy, foodservice, retail and finance. It runs the Plantebaseret Videnscenter (plant-based knowledge centre), a knowledge network on plant-based nutrition for health professionals, and a foodservice network.
It offers courses for professional kitchens and downloadable inspiration material, and publishes material on climate and biodiversity for folk high schools and free vocational schools. It holds events and school workshops, publishes a health newsletter and has a webshop and a YouTube channel.
