This trade union for foremen (formænd) in Denmark was founded in 1899 and has local branches that members can join. It negotiates collective agreements for its members and publishes the magazine Form.
Members get access to offers on pensions, insurance, summer-house rental and further education. Pensions are with PFA, insurance is through TJM Forsikring, and the unemployment fund is Akademikernes A-kasse. There is also health insurance, grants for skills development and member discounts through Forbrugsforeningen.
