This is an umbrella organisation for local trade unions in Greater Copenhagen and North Zealand. It was formed by a merger of LO Hovedstaden and FTF Region Hovedstaden and was founded on 1 January 2021. It works for better working conditions and a strong welfare society, in cooperation with municipalities, the region and employers.
Its topics include employment, education, work environment, family policy, social dumping and Hovedstadens boligalliance. It offers a service for finding the right union and promotes the OK-mærket (a mark of union collective agreements). You can reach it by e-mail or at its office in Copenhagen S.
