This butcher's shop on Amager in Copenhagen has its own trained butchers and sells meat, poultry and prepared dishes. There are hand-cut meat packs made from selected cuts and home-made products, and each week a new home-made dish is made to take away. Danish specialities mentioned include rullepølse (spiced rolled pork), roast beef and ribbensteg (roast pork with crackling).
For private gatherings it sells festive menus, grill menus and buffets, including traditional julefrokost (Christmas lunch) menus for at least four people. Julefrokost orders are placed by e-mail and collected in the shop. You can sign up for a newsletter with recipes. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible, and card and mobile payments are accepted.
