This bar is on the 8th floor of the 25hours Hotel in Copenhagen, with views of the harbour and the Opera House. The name comes from HMS Victory, Nelson's flagship at Trafalgar, and nods to the area's naval history. The bar serves seasonal twists on classic cocktails, the menu changes monthly, and it works with local farms and foragers. It distils its own akvavit, gin and vodka at its in-house distillery, MĂŠlkevejen.
