This wine bar by Nyhavn harbour in Copenhagen describes itself as the city's biggest selection of natural wines. The wines are low-intervention, partly from the Rosforth & Rosforth portfolio, and are listed by style: sparkling, white, orange, red, rosé, oxidative and sweet. There are also sake, beer, cider and non-alcoholic drinks. The changing seasonal menu is small dishes for sharing, made with local, biodynamic and organic ingredients, including oysters and cheeses.
The menu can be adapted to most dietary requests except vegan. From Monday to Thursday, wine tastings are offered for groups of at least four people. You can eat in or sit outside. There is no takeaway, and dogs are not allowed. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
