This family-owned bakery and cafe is in the Illum department store in Copenhagen and is run by the third generation of the Holm family. It began in 1976 under the name Marstrand and opened in Illum in 1988. Everything is baked from scratch with pure ingredients and no ready-made mixes, and production takes place in the bakery's own facility in Illum.
The cafe menu has burgers, salads and sandwiches, plus coffee, tea and cakes, to eat in or take away. Breakfast is served, and card and mobile payments are accepted. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
