This ice cream maker produces its own handmade ice cream from natural ingredients at a site in Skærup, in a former cooperative dairy building from 1929. The name comes from the family's labrador Emma, and the business was founded in Egtved in 2020. In Aarhus the ice cream is sold from a stall in Banken Food Hall.
The business also has six ice cream and coffee vans for events, company functions and receptions. The shop is good for children, and you can pay by card or mobile.
