This sushi restaurant belongs to a chain whose first restaurant opened in 2005. It has an open kitchen where guests can watch the chefs at close range, and the menu combines traditional rolls with new flavour combinations. Guests can have the chefs compose a menu for them, and at times oysters with Japanese-inspired toppings are served. The wine list is selected with Kjær & Sommerfeldt, a royal purveyor.
Tables and takeaway can be booked online, and delivery is available. It suits groups and private events, and the entrance and seating are wheelchair accessible. There is free parking.
