This sushi restaurant in Odense opened in 2021 as the chain's fourth, after many requests from customers. The chain was founded in Kolding in 2017 and now has 12 restaurants in Denmark. The concept is all-you-can-eat sushi: guests order continuously from the menu and pay a set price for sushi, skewers and hot dishes served at the table. The cooking is inspired by Japanese and Chinese cuisine, and everything is made in the restaurant.
Tables can be booked, takeaway is available, and there are vegetarian dishes. Beer, wine and cocktails are served, and there is a children's menu. There is no delivery and no outdoor seating. The entrance, parking and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
