This small, personal smørrebrød (Danish open sandwiches) and delicatessen shop in Bolbro, Odense, works on pre-order. The range includes high-piled handmade classics, sandwiches, lunch boxes, smørrebrød boxes, tapas dishes, salads and delicatessen items. Mayonnaise, pesto, pickled red onions and several salads are made in-house, and the chicken salad, salmon salad and pesto are among its specialities.
Orders must be placed by 4 pm the day before, and the minimum pickup order is six pieces of smørrebrød. Delivery in Odense and surroundings is by agreement, and larger orders for companies, meetings and events are agreed individually. Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan alternatives can be arranged. There is free parking, and cards are accepted.
