This kro (traditional Danish inn) is a restaurant on Sdr. Boulevard in Odense, serving smørrebrød, Danish open sandwiches, with generous toppings. The building began as a dairy shop, which milk dealer Lars Jensen converted into a pub in 1891, and from 1930 it was called Savoy. It has a garden with a chestnut tree. It is a short walk from the centre, Odense Zoo and the Odense river, and a city bus stops at the door.
It serves brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert, with beer, wine, cocktails and coffee, and there is a children's menu. Tables can be booked, and food can be taken away. There are outdoor seats, wheelchair-accessible seating and a toilet. Dogs are not allowed. Cards and mobile payments are accepted.
