This traditional butcher's shop in Odense has grown into a shop focused on quick, easy food. It sells fresh meat, cold cuts, sausages, cheese, salads, soups and ready-made oven-ready dishes, and it is known for smørrebrød (Danish open sandwiches) in several sizes, including a luxury range. The catering department supplies hot and cold food to private customers and companies.
The shop has a weekly takeaway menu of home-made food ready to heat, and gift cards. A julefrokost buffet (the traditional Christmas lunch) and a New Year's menu can be ordered.
