This association was founded in 1920 and offers gymnastics for all ages and levels in Odense. Classes include family classes, energetic spring gymnastics for children of all ages, youth classes, fitness gymnastics and "Ball stik" for adults, as well as adult yoga and other training and exercise classes. There are also dance classes for girls and a junior spring group.
The season runs from September to the end of March, with registration in August. Places are offered by email and must be accepted within 48 hours, otherwise they pass to the next person on the waiting list. The association is run by volunteers and holds an annual spring show.
