This is the Funen regional branch of Denmark's largest trade union for musicians, which organises musicians, soloists, singers, DJs, music teachers and others who work with music and sound. The regional page has news, a calendar, the board, a youth committee and the general meeting, as well as De Fynske Jazzpriser, an annual award.
Members can get instrument insurance and a free insurance check, and the union advises on contracts, tax, copyright, sick pay and careers. It publishes the member magazine Musikeren and offers courses, workshops and events. Membership is open to musicians across genres and career stages, including young people and students.
