This confectioner and bakery specialises in honey cakes, meringue and waffles, as well as cakes, tarts and kransekage (Danish almond ring cake). It was founded in Odense in 1984 with meringue products and moved to Bellinge in 1993. The bakers and confectioners use Belgian chocolate, among other things, and well-known items include carrot cake, toscatærte, drømmekage and napoleonshatte.
The products are sold to businesses and consumers and shipped across Denmark, and they are also available through nationwide wholesalers. There is a web shop and a log-in for business customers. You can pay by card and mobile.
