This Vietnamese restaurant in Odense opened in 2016. The owner grew up with her mother's Vietnamese cooking. The dishes combine traditional flavours with fresh local ingredients, and a new dish is created every week. The menu includes banh mi sandwiches, pho, spring and summer rolls, rice noodle salads, wok dishes and steamed bao buns. Homemade drinks include lemonade and iced coffee.
You can eat in or take away, and there are vegetarian dishes. It also caters for events such as weddings and birthdays. Cards and mobile payments are accepted.
